Responsibilities

Perform month‑end close activities, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Analyze financial results and prepare reporting packages for leadership
Support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning for multiple business units
Partner with operations to review cost drivers, efficiency metrics, and profitability
Interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist with audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives
Contribute to systems enhancements, reporting automation, and data optimization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes

Proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work

Preferred

logistics or supply chain experience
experience with ERP systems
