Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to assess, recommend, and implement best practices within Salesforce CRM

Maintain CRM data integrity through efficient management of data imports, validation rules, audits and deduplication processes

Assist Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams in updating sales documentation, aligning collateral materials, and managing deal payments and record-keeping

Support the sales team in the creation, response, and submission of RFQs, RFIs and RFPs

Conduct Salesforce data maintenance, analyze performance metrics, and assist in Salesforce reporting/dashboard management

Support CRM administration, fields creation, automations and integrations

Assure quality of sales related proposals, presentations and documentation and update as necessary
