Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of new hardware platforms while enhancing existing systems
Research and integrate cutting-edge processes and technologies into product development workflows
Analyze and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and engineering diagrams to guide design efforts
Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols, document outcomes, and ensure compliance with quality standards
Oversee activities related to design, prototyping, modification, and assembly of hardware components
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives

Required

10+ years of relevant experience
Deep understanding of engineering principles and ability to apply them across diverse programs
Proven track record in hardware design, development, testing, and technical documentation
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address highly complex technical challenges
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and guiding technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility required
