The Director of Client Success will serve as a strategic leader and advisor to top clients, driving insights and frameworks that enhance their use of the WorkMagic platform.

Responsibilities

Own strategic advisory relationships with our most advanced eCommerce clients —delivering insight-driven guidance on media strategy, budget allocation, and testing roadmaps
Translate complex measurement concepts (e.g., incrementality, MMM, MTA) into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business impact
Partner with Sales, Product, and CS leadership to evolve our go-to-market and client enablement strategies
Build repeatable frameworks, diagnostic tools, and playbooks to scale insights across our customer base
Identify cross-client trends and surface market feedback to inform product roadmap and business strategy
Serve as a thought leader both internally and externally—contributing to case studies, event presentations, and co-marketing opportunities

Qualification

Required

6+ years of experience in Client Success, marketing strategy, or performance media (brand, agency, or platform side)
Proven track record advising executive-level stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes
Deep expertise in paid media strategy and platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging channels
Experience with marketing measurement and experimentation (e.g., incrementality testing, attribution, MMM)
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex ideas and influence decision-makers
Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and loves solving hard problems
