Contract - Oracle CX Service Cloud Lead
Amicus is seeking an Oracle CX Service Cloud Lead to support a global consultancy across multiple Oracle CX Cloud implementations. The role involves leading the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud solutions, configuring various service components, and acting as a subject matter expert throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud solutions
Configure Service Requests, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Service Center UI, SLAs, queues, entitlements and contracts
Deliver solution architecture, design documentation, and technical diagrams
Lead workshops, SIT/UAT, go-live and hypercare activities
Act as the functional/technical SME across Service Cloud implementations
Qualification
Required
5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Service Cloud / CX Cloud implementation experience
Strong experience across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and/or Field Service
Proven background in solution architecture, configuration and delivery
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
Experience with VBCS, OTBI and BI Publisher
