Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing the Operational Resilience Framework, including identifying and documenting Important Business Services (IBS)
Review, validate, and upload Business Continuity data into Fusion Risk Management
Support ongoing system administration tasks within the Fusion platform
Develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users
Create reports to track resiliency progress, compliance metrics, and stakeholder insights
Ensure timely completion of system-driven tasks and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to ongoing process optimization
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or system administration
Hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and importing/exporting datasets
Strong understanding of Operational Resilience concepts, especially IBS
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Experience with Business Continuity Planning tools; Fusion Risk Management strongly preferred
