Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers dedicated to delivering projects within EPC frameworks
Oversee electrical design activities for industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with EPC standards and alignment with client requirements
Coordinate closely with mechanical, civil, and process engineering leads to deliver fully integrated EPC project solutions
Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, and project‑specific codes
Define and manage electrical scopes, budgets, and schedules as part of comprehensive EPC proposals and execution plans
Contribute to business development initiatives through technical presentations, proposal input, and strategic support
Act as the primary electrical technical authority for clients, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the EPC project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years experience in electrical engineering
3+ years experience in leadership role within an EPC firm
Expertise in power distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems for industrial applications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software
Preferred
PE license
