Responsibilities
The Resident Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the staff assigned to the Task Order
The Resident Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for the Task Order
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall operations and administration of the CM/OR teams, including its Subconsultants, and will be the individual that leads all Task Order negotiations and responsible for overall team performance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in construction project management for Resident Engineer
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in project management for Project Manager
Registered Professional Engineer; or Certified Construction Manager (or mitigating experience)
Safety Training (minimum OSHA 10 Hour)
Primavera/P6, MS Office, Project Manager software
Preferred
Experience managing work across multiple projects concurrently or complex projects with multiple work locations
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably a civil discipline
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably a civil engineer) OR Construction Management
