Responsibilities

Design and execute bioanalytical assays including cell-based functional assays, ELISA, dPCR/qPCR, flow cytometry
Perform routine sample testing for in-process testing and lot release
Optimize assay parameters (specificity, sensitivity, precision, accuracy, linearity, etc)
Support assay qualification and lifecycle management if needed
Document experiments and protocols using electronic lab notebooks (e.g., Benchling)
Troubleshoot assay and instrument issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Development, R&D, and Quality teams
Author technical documents: protocols, test methods, reports, SOPs

Required

B.S. in biological or biochemical sciences (or a related field) with 3-4 years of relevant laboratory experience. M.S. in biological or biochemical sciences (or related field) with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience
Proficiency with bioanalytical methods such as cell-based functional assays, ELISA, dPCR/qPCR, flow cytometry (experience with multi-well plate formats is a plus)
Proficiency with mammalian cell culture (familiarity with iPSC is a plus)
Proficiency with electronic lab notebooks
Strong organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills
Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to design experiences and interpret data, keep accurate records, follow SOPs, and comply with company policies
Ability to work independently and as part of a matrixed team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred

Proficiency in multiple analytical techniques
Familiarity with molecular biology skills such as DNA/RNA handling, RNA-sequencing, CRISPR gene editing
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism, FlowJo) and digital platforms (e.g., Benchling, SharePoint, Veeva)
Knowledge of regulatory expectations and ICH guidelines
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, including occasional weekend work
