Responsibilities

Underwrite investment opportunities using collateral-specific credit analyses (e.g., building collections/charge-off curves, measuring loss coverages, calculating investment returns)

Review diligence materials with a focus on evaluating and manipulating loan tapes for credit analysis

Demonstrate expertise in financial statement analysis and fixed-income transaction mechanics

Work fluently with large and diverse datasets

Prepare detailed investment memos with strong attention to accuracy

Participate in and support various aspects of the deal execution process

Monitor portfolio companies to ensure accurate reporting and generate performance reviews

Assist in deal sourcing by identifying emerging opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree

2-4 years of experience in private credit investing, investment banking, debt capital markets / leveraged finance, structured / asset-based finance, or restructuring
