Responsibilities
Process and enter invoices with accuracy
Handle construction payroll using QuickBooks Web
Manage communication using Outlook and Microsoft Office
Organize and maintain documents in the file server
Proactively request and collect weekly OSHA field reports and tailgate meeting notes from field service staff
Set up vendor accounts and assist with pre-liens and filing processes
Perform data entry for accounting and payroll tasks
Collaborate with other departments and field teams
Adapt to changing needs with flexibility and super rigid standards when necessary
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in construction payroll and accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks Web, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
Detail oriented, reliable, trustworthy, and easy going
Experience or familiarity with pre-lien and filing processes
Able to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of union policies related to construction payroll
Trainable and eager to learn
