Responsibilities
Partner with product, engineering, and investment teams to identify AI/GenAI opportunities that improve decision‑making, operational efficiency, and data workflows across ETFs, index operations, and investment management
Lead rapid experimentation by designing proofs of concept, validating feasibility, and transitioning successful prototypes into production‑ready recommendations
Build and demonstrate GenAI solutions using cloud AI/ML services (AWS preferred), automation frameworks, and AI‑assisted developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
Improve engineering workflows by applying AI to SDLC processes, including automated documentation, enhanced testing, and AI‑assisted development
Translate complex business and technical problems into clear solution architectures, roadmaps, and actionable insights for stakeholders
Promote AI literacy, responsible use, and best practices across Investment Systems
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3+ years working with AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, or automation technologies
Experience in investment management, ETFs, index operations, trading workflows, or other data‑driven financial environments
Strong ability to rapidly prototype and iterate from concept to validated solution
Hands‑on experience with GenAI tools, cloud‑based AI/ML services, or automation platforms
Solid understanding of SDLC practices and modern engineering workflows
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and consulting skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred
Experience applying AI or automation to investment or operational processes
Familiarity with AI‑assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
Knowledge of investment datasets, ETF workflows, operational processes, and risk/compliance considerations
Advanced degree in a technical or quantitative discipline
