Research and identify land acquisition opportunities using GIS, LandVision, and market data tools
Maintain acquisition database and prepare status reports
Perform financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and present recommendations
Build strong relationships with landowners, municipalities, and consultants
Monitor land transactions, zoning changes, and entitlement activity
Prepare financial proformas, competitive market analyses, and investment summaries
Submit land packages to Investment Committee
Assist with market strategy and ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years in land acquisition, real estate development, financial modeling, and deal sourcing
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Knowledge of Seattle land markets
Strong negotiation skills and financial analysis expertise
Preferred
Washington Real Estate License preferred
