Responsibilities

Guide teams in adopting and improving Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

Mentor team members, product owners, leadership, and stakeholders to embrace an Agile mindset and practices

Identify and address team or organizational impediments to continuous delivery

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to foster transparency and collaboration

Champion best practices for backlog grooming, prioritization, and story writing

Plan and oversee Waterfall and Agile based projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives

Coordinate project scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with organizational priorities

Manage risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders

Provide regular project updates to leadership, including status reports and dashboards

Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making

Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership

Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to align goals and expectations

Influence positive change at both team and organizational levels

Lead by example, modeling Agile values and behaviors

Required

5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on Agile methodologies

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certification

Proven experience coaching Agile teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies

Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

Strong facilitation and communication skills

Analytical skills to monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions

Coaching and mentoring skills to develop team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred

Master's degree in a relevant discipline

Experience with large-scale Agile transformations in enterprise environments

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne

Experience in software development or IT project management
