Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness
Prepare audit schedules and management reports
Support A/P and A/R as needed
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Support external audits
Participate in process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting experience (public or corporate)
Strong Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Solid understanding of GAAP and audit processes
Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPA or CMA preferred, not required
