Co-Founder
HomeDog is a unique dog friendly social club that integrates coworking, dog daycare, events, and a cafe bar. They are seeking a Co-Founder to take an active leadership role in growing the business into a national model, blending operations, hospitality, sales, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities
Lead major business functions that match your strengths. This could include operations, marketing, hospitality, events, partnerships, or growth
Help develop and grow our B2B channel, including corporate memberships, corporate daycare credits, and company event packages. Early outreach is showing strong interest and this channel has high revenue potential
Help accelerate membership, daycare volume, events, and group bookings
Strengthen partnerships with nonprofits, rescues, dog businesses, and local organizations
Work directly with the founder on strategy, financial planning, and key decisions
Build scalable systems so the model can expand into new markets
Qualification
Required
Ability to contribute capital as part of their path to equity
A builder who wants ownership and is willing to put in the work
Someone comfortable in a fast moving, problem solving heavy environment
Someone who understands how to grow a membership driven business and how to help close B2B deals
Someone who can commit meaningful weekly time
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, coworking, pet services, sales, operations, or startup scaling helps but is not required
