Project Manager – Japanese Bilingual
PASONA N A, INC. is seeking a Project Manager for the U.S. Retail Media Business who will act as a bridge between the Japan-based product team and U.S. partners. This role focuses on managing partner-led PoC projects and supporting the full-scale rollout of the business in the U.S.

Responsibilities
Manage relationships with U.S. partner companies, plan and execute PoC projects, gather customer needs, and support negotiations on collaboration terms
Communicate U.S. market requirements to the Japan-based development team, localize product specifications, align development timelines, and facilitate regular progress meetings
Oversee PoC project execution, analyze performance data, prepare reports and client presentations, and propose improvements for the next phase
Support local operations, monitor regulations and competitors, and prepare for future collaboration with a U.S.-based sales team
Qualification
Required
Project management experience, preferably in global or cross-border projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in at least one of the following: Partnerships / alliances, Bridging business and technology, SaaS or platform businesses, Retail Tech or AdTech industries
Business-level bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
Bachelor's degree (engineering or business preferred)
Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT, H-1B, Green Card, etc.)
Preferred
Experience living or working in Texas
Knowledge of the retail media industry
Basic technical understanding (e.g., Wi-Fi networks, digital signage, Android)
