Responsibilities
Client Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, troubleshooting service issues and entering requests for resolution
Education: Guide clients and advisors on systems, procedures, and self-service options; serve as a resource for company policies
Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries across multiple systems and collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding questions
Transaction Processing: Handle routine account service requests initiated via web or paper forms to meet strict service standards
Communication: Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls, ensuring all interactions are documented for tracking and compliance
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (Post-secondary education may be interchanged for experience)
0-1 year of relevant experience
High Learning Agility: Ability to absorb complex information via facilitator-led training, self-study, and live simulations
Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while on a call
Home Office: Access to high-speed internet sufficient to support remote work on Fridays
Preferred
Previous experience in financial services or product-specific customer service
Strong desire to obtain a permanent position and pursue FINRA licensing
