Responsibilities
Own end-to-end web strategy, ensuring the site supports demand generation, PLG motions, and revenue growth
Conduct gap analysis of current-state web capabilities and build a clear bridge plan to future-state goals
Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, including landing page strategy, testing, and performance improvement
Drive SEO and AI search optimization to improve discoverability and inbound performance
Manage web development resources, including prioritization, capacity planning, budgets, and delivery timelines
Partner with design and marketing to define web design standards and user experience strategy
Provide technical oversight for CMS platforms and migrations (e.g., WordPress to Webflow), ensuring scalability and performance
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of relevant professional experience
3-5 years in people management experience
Experience owning web strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, with measurable impact on growth or demand generation
Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market audiences; B2B SaaS strongly preferred
Strong technical fluency to partner with and manage web developers and CMS platforms
Hands-on experience leading CMS migrations (e.g., WordPress to Webflow) and ongoing platform optimization
Advanced use of web analytics, experimentation, and performance reporting to inform strategy and influence stakeholders
Proven budget management experience, including internal teams and external vendors
