Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of business projects from initial planning through full execution
Develop, define, and document detailed scopes of work
Interpret project success criteria and ensure all client expectations are consistently achieved
Establish, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost performance
Identify, document, and communicate scope changes as they arise
Address client issues proactively and provide responsive, solutions‑focused support
Deliver clear value to clients and build long‑term trust through reliable performance
Ensure client policies and procedures are clearly communicated and followed by both the company and project team members
Review, coordinate, and manage all project deliverables for accuracy and quality
Secure the resources required for effective project execution, including drawings, reports, and site access
Confirm purchase orders are issued prior to starting work, ensure services remain within approved budgets, and verify timely invoice payment
Anticipate and identify future work opportunities connected to ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
MUST have EPC industrial manufacturing experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in engineering
Project Management experience on Engineering Projects
Knowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering process
Proven Customer Account Manager with experience in developing opportunities within existing clients
Demonstrated experience in driving projects within budget from initiation through a successful and timely conclusion
Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the projects
Strong interpersonal skills to build and foster positive client relationships
Perform activities to improve the reliability and efficiency of operations
