Responsibilities

Research TMEGS industry trends including streaming technology evolution, gaming infrastructure requirements, and digital content workflows

Analyze technology adoption patterns specific to TMEGS segments including cloud migration, edge computing, and AI/ML implementations

Support Partner Strategy by identifying TMEGS-focused partner programs, technology alliances, and co-innovation opportunities

Develop deep understanding of TMEGS buyer personas from CTOs at tech startups to infrastructure leads at major studios

Create industry-specific value propositions addressing scalability, performance, and time-to-market requirements

Monitor competitive landscape including specialized TMEGS service providers and technology partners

Support TMEGS account teams with industry insights, solution positioning, and reference architectures

Track emerging technologies relevant to TMEGS including AR/VR, real-time rendering, and content personalization

Build relationships with TMEGS industry associations, technology councils, and innovation labs

Analyze TMEGS business models including subscription services, advertising technology, and digital distribution

Develop thought leadership on topics such as the metaverse, gaming infrastructure, and media supply chain transformation

Collaborate with Services Product Management to ensure offerings meet TMEGS performance and scale requirements

Support RFP responses with TMEGS-specific capabilities, case studies, and industry expertise

Coordinate with other industry analysts to share insights on digital transformation trends

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in telco, media &entertainment, gaming, and sports industries; Media Studies, Computer Science, or related field

4-6 years of experience in TMEGS market dynamics, procurement processes, and technology adoption patterns with 3-5 years as a Business Analyst on complex technology initiatives

Deep understanding of TMEGS industry dynamics, technology trends, and business models

Experience with digital transformation projects in media, entertainment, or technology companies

Knowledge of cloud platforms, content delivery systems, and digital experience technologies

Experience with business or technology consulting organization, with expertise in customer conversations and executive presence

Strong presentation skills for executive and Industry executives

Ability to translate TMEGS business needs into services solutions

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, client-facing consultative environment
