Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Digital VMO , defining governance models, policies, standards, and operating procedures

Develop and execute vendor management strategies aligned with IT and Digital roadmaps

Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions , partnering with Legal and Finance to mitigate risk

Drive RFP/RFI/RFQ processes , sourcing strategies, and vendor selection for complex IT and Digital initiatives

Define and monitor vendor performance metrics and manage executive-level vendor relationships

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to VMO team members, ensuring accountability and operational excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

7+ years of progressive experience in IT/Digital vendor management, strategic sourcing, or technology procurement

Hands-on experience with VMO operations, technology contract negotiations, and vendor governance

Expertise in hardware, software, cloud, SaaS, managed services, and professional services contracts, including pricing, licensing, and SLAs

Strong analytical, financial, and risk assessment skills

Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leadership

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field

Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, ITIL, or CISM

Experience implementing or maturing enterprise VMO frameworks
