Qualification
Required
10+ years of total experience in related tools and technologies
6+ years of experience as Coupa Solution/Technical Architect
Strong knowledge of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract, and Analytics modules
Hands-on experience with Coupa SIM configuration and S2P processes, including supplier onboarding, workflows, and data objects
Strong integration skills using Coupa REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, query filtering, pagination, and error handling
Ability to design complex SIM integrations with ERP backends (SAP/Oracle), including advanced mapping logic, validations, and reconciliation
Experience with integration design documentation and SFTP/file-based integrations (CSV/XML/JSON), including secure setup and monitoring
Proficiency in REST APIs (JSON / XML) along with API Filters and Flat File approach
Strong background in enterprise architecture principles, data modelling, and cloud security
Deep understanding in Coupa functionalities such as Chart of Accounts, Approvals, SIM Forms, content groups, account validation rules, Lookups, Lookup Values, Custom fields, Taxation process, etc
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Ability to think and assess situations logically and make decisions in a highly dynamic environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to clearly document processes and requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership teams
Preferred
Coupa Certification(s) (Integration Architect, Platform, or Module-specific) is an added advantage
