Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution for finance and regulatory reporting systems
Manage functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing across reporting platforms
Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to validate regulatory reports and data accuracy
Oversee test governance, defect management, and release readiness
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and audit requirements
Provide leadership to onsite and offshore QA teams

Required

Proven experience as a Test Manager / QA Manager in Finance or Regulatory Reporting
Strong understanding of financial systems, risk, and regulatory reports
Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, and SQL testing
Experience with test management tools (ALM, JIRA, Rally, or similar)
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Experience in banking, capital markets, or finance
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting controls
Agile / Scrum experience
