Responsibilities
Collaborate with Application Engineering and customers to execute FPGA prototyping evaluations and provide ongoing technical support
Serve as a technical interface with customer engineers and managers to define requirements and optimize FPGA prototyping and CAD workflows
Execute complex FPGA prototyping tasks, including design bring-up, partitioning, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, and debug
Support deployment and integration of FPGA prototype systems across hardware and software environments
Apply and evolve data exchange and interoperability methodologies across tools, platforms, and engineering disciplines
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to align customer needs with product capabilities and influence product direction
Communicate complex technical issues clearly and provide actionable feedback to internal teams and external partners
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and documentation for customers and internal stakeholders
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and operate independently on complex customer engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electronics Engineering
7+ years of experience in FPGA prototyping or related fields
Extensive knowledge of VLSI and digital design
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
Strong understanding of large design partitioning and routing across multiple FPGAs
Experience interfacing with both low and high-speed peripherals
Extensive knowledge of the field of FPGA prototyping
