Facilitate the accurate execution of trades involving equities, fixed income, and mutual funds while adhering to best practices

Serve as the primary liaison between advisors, internal operational teams, and clients to provide timely updates and professional guidance

Coordinate the movement of funds and assets to ensure all transactions are processed within established timeframes

Oversee the client onboarding process by guiding new accounts through necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance

Collaborate with compliance departments to strictly adhere to AML and KYC standards while identifying potential risk exposures

Utilize industry-standard custodial and market data platforms to manage daily account maintenance and reporting
