Responsibilities
Oversee and manage IT operations for the New York office
Coordinate closely with the IT Manager and IT team in the Mexico City office
Help supervise a Mexico City IT team of approximately 3–4 professionals
Protect attorney-client privileged data, court filings, legal files, client identities, and financial information
Provide and maintain network, endpoint, email, and security infrastructure
Manage servers and core IT systems
Implement and maintain ransomware defense, access controls, and breach response protocols
Administer and support NetDocuments, Time & Billing, and other systems commonly used by law firms
Ensure strong security, compliance, and data protection standards across all offices
Support a growing New York office currently consisting of approximately five employees
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in IT management, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and data protection best practices
Experience managing networks, servers, endpoints, and email systems
Familiarity with legal document management and time & billing platforms
Highly discreet with exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with international teams
