Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of legal topics

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents

Assist attorneys on various projects and assignments – both billable and non-billable

Observe client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as appropriate

Maintain organized files and documentation related to assigned projects

Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Required

Second year law student pursuing a J.D. at an accredited law school
