Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day activities related to loan and mortgage servicing
Maintain accurate loan records
Address customer inquiries and concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Provide exceptional customer service
Qualification
Required
Experience in Loan Servicing and Mortgage Servicing, with proven expertise in managing loan accounts and related processes
Customer Service and Communication skills to address inquiries and foster positive client relationships
Knowledge and understanding of Loans and applicable regulations
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Preferred
Proficiency in using loan servicing software and other relevant tools is a plus
Prior experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable
