The Office Administration Intern will assist the Regional Operations Finance Team with various administrative and basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in day-to-day administrative and basic accounting functions
Accounts Payable data entry and statement reconciliation
Data entry and reconciliation of extra work billings
Basic understanding of compliance with company policies and procedures
Answering phones and sorting mail
Assist with writing procedures/process documentation
Read and respond to email in a timely and professional manner
Sorting, saving and renaming files to various folders on a shared drive
Process improvement opportunities
Special projects upon request
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required and current enrollment at an accredited institution of higher learning such as a community college or university
Advanced MS Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and vlookup
Strong academic record
Team Player
Excellent analytical capabilities
Proficient in the use of spreadsheets
Good communication skills and desire to work with different groups of people
Abide by the Company's Code of Conduct on a daily basis
A team player
Professional phone etiquette
Courteous, friendly, and helpful to others inside and outside of the company
