Responsibilities
Lead a team of data engineers to design and build data pipelines in AWS
Develop and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and data integration systems
Build and manage ETL / ELT processes to move data from multiple systems
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets
Ensure data is accurate, secure, scalable, and high-performance
Design data models for reporting and analytics
Support business teams by delivering clean and reliable data
Follow best practices for data quality, auditing, and reliability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Data Engineering
Strong experience with AWS Cloud, including: S3, Redshift, Kafka, Other AWS data services
Strong Java development experience
ETL / ELT pipeline development
Experience with SQL (expert level)
Experience with data warehousing and data modeling
Experience with Hadoop or big data platforms
Experience using Git, Artifactory, and DevOps tools
Ability to lead technical teams
Preferred
Spark / Scala experience
