Responsibilities
Manage part of the men's footwear business, including in-season management and pre-season planning
Conduct monthly re-forecast meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Drive productivity analysis and set seasonal targets with Buyers and Consumer teams
Influence Open to Buy activities using trend analysis for better forecasting
Develop product life cycle management strategies to optimize inventory and pricing
Support weekly business activities with reporting, analysis, and action recommendations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in merchandise planning or a related field
Proficiency in Excel and web-based planning tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze data and tell a compelling story
Experience in retail planning, preferably in fashion or apparel
Strong organizational and time management skills
