Responsibilities
Lead and manage the facility’s EHS and safety programs
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Oversee Lead compliance, air surveys, noise monitoring, and medical monitoring programs
Manage workers’ compensation, employee injuries, and incident investigations
Conduct new-hire safety orientation and ongoing EHS training
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state regulations
Maintain EHS records, reports, and compliance documentation
Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective actions
Inspect and maintain safety and emergency response equipment
Partner with leadership and engineering on new processes, construction, and facility improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience with exposure monitoring, audits, and compliance programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Health Science, or related field
(Associate's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience considered)
3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing EHS experience
Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
