Responsibilities

Accounting Department Shadowing - Observe and assist finance professionals as they carry out daily accounting tasks

Financial Record Management - Assist with research, data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records

Bookkeeping Software Training - Gain hands-on experience working with accounting software under the supervision of finance staff

Confidentiality & Ethical Practices - Learn how to handle sensitive financial information with integrity

Team Collaboration - Work closely with the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track financial information, and support different departments and programs

Project & Task Management - Take on additional projects to develop a deeper understanding of accounting and office operations
