Business Development Associate - International Sales
Goodway Technologies is a leading manufacturer of innovative industrial maintenance products, serving diverse markets such as HVAC, Energy, Maritime, Manufacturing, and Food and Beverage Production. The Business Development Associate - International Sales will identify and qualify international sales opportunities through lead generation and market research while engaging with customers and distributors across various cultural and geographic markets.
Responsibilities
Identifying and qualifying international sales opportunities through lead generation and market research
Gaining hands-on experience in global business development, market research and client relationship management
Working closely with cross-functional teams and international clients
Qualification
Required
Strong Presentation Skills and ability to design and deliver impactful and professional Presentations
Proven experience in Lead Generation and conducting thorough Market Research to identify new opportunities
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
Willingness to work on-site at the Stamford, CT location and collaborate across various teams
Fluency in English and a second language (French/Spanish/Arabic) is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in international sales or industrial products is an advantage
