Technical Recruiter
MNS Group is a growing, multi-entity cybersecurity organization offering various services including MSP and compliance-focused solutions. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support their recruiting efforts by sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates for various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Source and engage candidates across multiple teams and entities, including MSP technical roles, cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) positions (e.g., CMMC and compliance roles), professional services, training, and internal corporate functions
Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for open and anticipated roles
Utilize sourcing tools and job boards to attract qualified candidates based on role requirements and urgency
Conduct recruiter screens and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and overall fit
Evaluate candidates’ experience in regulated, security-focused, or client-facing environments
Clearly communicate role expectations, interview steps, and timelines to candidates
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely collection of interviewer feedback
Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements prior to sourcing
Share candidate feedback and market observations with the HR team and hiring managers
Assist with drafting and updating job descriptions based on provided role requirements
Manage candidates through the interview and offer process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Follow established recruiting workflows and documentation standards
Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience across all entities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience in IT, MSP, cybersecurity, compliance-focused organizations, or other relevant industry
Experience recruiting for both technical roles and internal corporate positions
Ability to manage multiple open roles across different teams or entities
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced or regulated environments
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Rippling)
Preferred
Experience recruiting for MSPs, cybersecurity firms, or compliance organizations
Exposure to CMMC, GRC, NIST SP 800-171, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
Experience supporting organizations with training, certification, or enablement programs
Background working in multi-entity or multi-brand organizations
