Contribute to monitoring programs for higher-risk global real estate projects and programs, proactively mitigating business integrity risks and enhancing controls

Collaborate with stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives and align real estate operations with business integrity objectives

Lead business transformation by driving process enhancements and strategic initiatives at the intersection of technology, data analytics, and agile methodologies

Leverage AI to optimize team performance, maximize efficiency, and proactively monitor business integrity risks at scale across the firm’s global real estate portfolio

Coordinate internal team reporting, develop and manage third-party consultant budgets, procurement and draft business cases to develop opportunities for enhancement

Required

Minimum 7 years of experience in program or business management within a corporate environment, real estate developer, construction company, financial institution, or government agency

Effective collaborator and communicator skilled in business operations, stakeholder collaboration, innovation, AI integration, and process improvements

Proven ability to develop and implement operational analytics, manage third-party consultant engagements and budget oversight, and drive operational efficiency

Advanced ability in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Tableau
