Responsibilities
Lead the endtoend business analysis activities for payments projects and initiatives
Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and external partners to ensure clear understanding of payment requirements
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirement documents functional specifications and process flows
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for payment system changes and enhancements
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on payment domain knowledge and analysis techniques
Ensure timely delivery of highquality business analysis outputs aligned with project timelines and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
8 - 14 Years of experience in Payments business and data analysis
Experience specializing in various payment types including SWIFT, ISO20022, Real-Time, Instant, Request to Pay, Domestic, Cross-Border, High Value, Low Value, and Mass Payments
Proficiency in MS SQL Server
Ability to analyze and interpret complex payment systems
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to payment processes
Utilization of data analysis techniques to identify trends, issues, and opportunities within payment operations
Support for the design and enhancement of payment solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging business insights and payment data analytics
Preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at various levels
