Executive Assistant to CEO – Fast-Paced. Client-Facing. Mission-Critical.
Zinzow Law, LLC is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a pivotal role in leadership, operations, and client experience. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s calendar, engage with clients, and support various executive projects to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar and communications
Engage with clients, partners, and industry professionals
Assist in preparation of educational and speaking materials
Coordinate team and culture-building activities
Support executive projects across both legal and non-legal ventures
Perform structured administrative duties including data entry and software workflows
Help ensure operational precision and high-energy execution across the businesses
Qualification
Required
2–4 year college degree required
Minimum three years supporting a C-Suite executive
Highly proficient with calendaring and scheduling logistics
Tech-forward and able to adopt new software quickly
Must have expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Masterful organization and time-management discipline
Deadline-driven with uncompromising attention to detail
Able to operate independently and as part of a coordinated team
Able to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role
Consistent, positive demeanor and client-oriented posture
Adaptive, critical thinker who thrives in dynamic environments
Self-managing, proactive, and initiative-driven
Professional, polished, and mission-focused
Able to research people, companies, and opportunities and distill information in writing for CEO use
Able to log details on people (hobbies, family, unique stories, etc.) and consistently have that information in front of the CEO in advance of meetings, calls, networking events, etc
Someone who does not like or participate in drama or gossip
Most importantly: you must love people, love motion, and love the pursuit of excellence
Preferred
Law firm and/or legal practice software experience is a plus
Comfortable with internal public speaking
