Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining Service Manager requests from intake through resolution
Leading technical projects in a healthcare IT environment
Building and improving workflows for IT service delivery
Working with the agency's IT support team statewide
Qualification
Required
Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially the Service Manager module
ITSM operations background — you know Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
Project leadership experience — you can run things, not just work tickets
You need to already live in South Carolina or be willing to relocate before you start (at your own expense)
Preferred
Healthcare IT background is a plus but not required if you've worked in other regulated environments
