Responsibilities
Oversee Supply Chain Operations: Manage purchasing and inventory for Amazon and Walmart clients, ensuring smooth flow across fulfillment channels and warehouses
Forecast & Optimize: Analyze sales data to predict demand, adjust orders, and balance supply with cash flow goals
Problem-Solve & Resolve: Identify delivery or quality issues, collaborate with managers, and implement solutions that keep clients satisfied
Collaborate & Communicate: Build strong relationships with internal teams, warehouses, and clients to align on goals and resolve challenges
Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and financial transactions while supporting clients with ad-hoc supply chain requests
Qualification
Required
Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of cash flow and profitability management
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools
Familiarity with inventory and logistics management (Amazon FBA or similar fulfillment environments)
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
