Responsibilities

Create, edit, and appear on camera for short-form and long-form video content focused on apartment rentals and the renter lifestyle

Write engaging video scripts that align with brand messaging and audience interests

Develop and nurture relationships with apartment rental influencers and community creators to expand content reach and engagement

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to scale video content production efficiently across platforms

Analyze social performance metrics to refine video strategy and identify opportunities for growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital content creation.( Up experience 3 –5 years)

Demonstrated interest in real estate, rentals, or property management

Experience managing social video accounts (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with measurable audience growth or engagement

Strong on-camera presence and communication skills; ability to engage audiences through authentic storytelling

Familiarity and hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Claude to assist with scriptwriting, ideation, and post-production

Basic video editing and production skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) a plus
