Manage civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
Conduct and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery materials
Work directly with partners on case strategy and client communication
Serve as first-chair or second-chair, depending on experience level
Qualification
Required
Defense-side litigation trial experience with meaningful courtroom exposure
Strong legal writing skills and sound professional judgment
Comfortable handling responsibility independently while collaborating closely with partners
New York Bar admission required
Preferred
Experienced Trial Attorney with meaningful courtroom responsibility
Strong Second-Seat Litigation Attorney with solid motion practice and courtroom exposure, prepared to take on increasing responsibility over time
