The intern will assist in engineering activities related to the maintenance and construction of highways and bridges, including inspecting construction sites and using survey equipment.

Assists in the inspection of the construction and/or maintenance of highways and bridges
Assists in the use of survey equipment for construction and/or maintenance activities
Assists inspectors performing field tests on earthwork and concrete materials
Assists in completing daily work reports and other required documentation for construction and/or maintenance activities

Qualification

Required

A high school diploma; and or an approved acceptable equivalence
Applicants must be accepted into or currently enrolled in a two-year college or university program in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Science and Management
