Coordinate the movement of material for sales and purchase orders, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries

Arrange trucks, containers, and freight for domestic and export shipments

Prepare and organize shipping paperwork with accuracy

Communicate effectively with carriers and service providers to ensure reliable service

Track key metrics like pickup delays and identify opportunities for improvement

Anticipate potential shipping issues and work with the Operations team to develop solutions

Contribute ideas for reducing costs and increasing efficiency as you learn the business
