Required
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic and operational planning
Experience in Contract Negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively
Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment and lead cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in using CRM tools and analytics to guide business development strategies
