The role involves individualizing treatment plans and providing in-house therapy in a supportive rehab environment to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans
Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments
In-house therapy with local management support
Qualification
Required
Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program
Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working

Previous rehab SNF experience
