Responsibilities
Gather required information from internal business stakeholders
Prepare, complete, and organize alcohol license application and renewal forms
Coordinate signatures and manage confidential personal information
Work with outside/local counsel on jurisdiction-specific requirements
Track 30+ active new license applications or large renewal batches
Maintain accurate records using Smartsheet, Quickbase, and LicensePro
Assist with reporting officer changes, sales figures, and other required data
Follow SOPs/playbooks and adapt to different state/jurisdiction processes
Communicate and collaborate with a licensing team operating across all US time zones
