Drive process improvements and capital projects from concept to start-up
Lead a team of two direct reports plus contract engineers

Oversee contractors on civil/electrical work, safety orientations, and permitting
Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with world-class safety
Qualification
Required
10–15 years in chemical/process industries (PSM preferred)
Background in process/production engineering with project management experience a plus
Strong leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and ability to influence stakeholders
Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
