In this role, you will analyze key performance metrics and provide insights that drive meaningful change, while collaborating with internal teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes by engaging with internal employees to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies

Evaluate data trends and key performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improving operations

Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)

Translate data into a compelling narrative for executive-level presentations and decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements and technology solutions

Support solution design by applying analytical tools to solve business problems, not just technical challenges

Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by combining process knowledge with data-driven recommendations
